Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2302\">Your personal data provided to MAVI BEYAZ or collected by MAVI BEYAZ may be processed for the following purposes:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2985\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2566\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2566\">To fulfill MAVI BEYAZ\u2019s commercial, financial, legal, and administrative obligations and activities before public and private legal entities such as the Ministry of Finance, local police departments, local gendarmerie, and Ministry of Labor and Social Security.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2705\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2569\" data-end=\"2705\">To conduct internal operations, ensure business development and flow, respond to customer requests, and fulfill contractual obligations.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2706\" data-end=\"2782\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2708\" data-end=\"2782\">To comply with reporting, storage, and information disclosure obligations.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2985\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2985\">To conduct advertising and promotional activities, ensure workplace security, improve quality standards, keep statistics, and determine promotional and commercial strategies based on these statistics.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2987\" data-end=\"3470\">Examples of data processing include invoice issuance, handling employee records and legal processes, processing actions performed through user login using usernames and passwords on platforms, internet browsing duration, identity notifications, accident notifications, recruitment processes, ensuring public health and safety, responding to customer requests, securing processed personal data in compliance with the law, and protecting data through secure storage and backup systems.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3472\" data-end=\"3706\">Personal data will be deleted or destroyed upon request or automatically when the purpose of processing is fully eliminated.
